Soma Prana Flow derives from the Luna style of Tantric Yin and is all about bringing suppleness to the bodies soft tissues, circulating self love and finding your own mystical healing elixir (soma) within.

Enjoy a Summer evening with global Yoga teacher, Amber Spear, on a journey into actively replenishing every part of you. We begin and end this immersion with guided relaxation. In between enjoying a flowing approach to the cultivation of Soma (your own mystical inner elixar) for healing regeneration on all layers of being and entering natural meditative states. 

Based on the roots of prostrations and evolving with respect to the Classical foundations of Chandra Namaskar, we beckon the connective flow between breath and movement with the water element as our muse. Settle the mind and enjoy physical rejuvenation. Sustain Ojas, your vitality and the sublime nectar of healing. Turn stress into meditation and generate a positive hormonal flow.

Soma Prana Vinyasa is a pathway of evolution in the Samudra Global School of Living Yoga, bringing 20 plus years of lunar vinyasa with Tantra, Ayurveda from beloved teacher Shiva Rea.

Over the the time, we will:

  • Embody an approach to movement meditation that is beneficial to all-levels.

  • Explore classical Chandra Namaskar and its evolution within the half mandala. 

  • Experience Jala Prana flow Pranams – for awakening fluidity & creative inspiration via the embodiment of the water element.

  • Realise how to weave what you learn into personal practices for self-healing, balance and quality of life. 

  • Cultivate Soma and heart connection through meditation, mudra, mantra, nyasa and Yoga Nidra.

  • Receive each moment of nourishment along with enchanting music and tantric wisdom teachings.

This body offering of slow flowing vinyasa, is a massage for your inner system ~ for listening and entering movement meditation.
